When I was in elementary school, I remember looking up at a billboard and thinking to myself, 'Who gets to do that?' 15 years later, my end-goal has changed but my focus hasn't. I no longer have a burning desire to see my work on a billboard, but I do have an unwavering drive to make this world more aesthetically pleasing.
I believe this is especially important in this day and age where we are constantly bombarded with information, and so much is not given it's fair chance to be seen. I want to give the overlooked a fighting chance to be seen, and I strive to get people to do the visual equivalent of humming a tune.
