Box set for Brian Eno's Ambient records.
Brian Eno sometimes uses so-called graphic notation. Graphic notation is the representation of music through the use of visual symbols instead of traditional music notation. It is often used in experimental music where standard musical notation can be ineffective. It’s basically art that you can play.
I figured out four different graphic notation systems, one for each record. The notation show the first song of the record. I chose the symbols and colors in order to capture the essence of the music. In both the typography and notations I've aimed to honor the preciseness and artistry that constantly flows through Eno's work.
