Elizabeth, a native of the Boston area, was introduced to photography in high school and immediately fell in love. She continued to follow her passion and graduated Amherst College in 2005 with honors in her photographic thesis, "In Pursuit of...". She completed the Post-Baccalaureate program at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in 2008, and her Masters of Fine Arts at the School of Visual Arts in 2010. Her work has been exhibited in group shows nationally, and she has her first solo show slotted in 2012 at NESOP in Boston. Elizabeth has won various awards, and was recently named a winner of the Magenta Foundation’s Flash Forward 2011 Emerging Photographer Award. Her work has been featured in blogs such as the New Yorker Photo Booth, Hey Hot Shot!, Lenscratch, and LPV Magazine, and will be published in Peter Hay Halbert’s upcoming book, Identities Now – Contemporary Portraiture in Photography.
