BoJune Kwon is a freelance fine art photographer with a solid academic and professional background in the commercial photography field. In particular, he has been deeply involved in landscape photography. He was born and grew up in South Korea, majoring in photography at Kyung-Il University, and recently graduated from School of Visual Arts with a Masters degree in digital photography. His artistic photographic works have been awarded in several international photography contests such as the Sappi/Magno Intensity Photographic Competition and the Epson International Photographic Pano Award.

His passion towards photography first started with an analogue camera when he was in high school. Fascinated by unlimited possibilities for the art of manipulating the imagination, BoJune Kwon moved on to the next level of creation with digital technologies. Through his photographs, he has tried to visualize his ideas without filtering, making his own way of expressing his point of view on the world by re-structuring images. In this sense, the majority of his photography displays landscapes in an unfamiliar view as he has had as a foreigner, living in America.
